In the last months, we got some support requests via different approaches, like twitter, Facebook, Weibo, emails, telephone, website and github. But really we are in short of man power to handle all the requests. So, please to follow the steps to get supports:

• Check the FAQ
• Check the closed issues @github
• Check the email list for the old questions.
• Especially for the installation-guide questions, please check the Installation Guide and How to install Cobub Razor manually.

BTW, we also decided to do the following:

• We provide the free support only in github and email list
• We won’t provide support in the others approaches.
• If you want us to support quickly, please contact us and we will charge the support at the rate of $50/hour.

• Download the order form, and sign.
• Do the payment and scan or screenshot the payment bill.
• Send your questions, signed order form and payment bill file to our support team (support AT cobub.com)
• Our colleague will contact with you for the support.
